Self Care does not only mean finding time to relax or being selfish to do things for yourselves. Self-care is taking care of yourselves in all the 6 areas of yourself.
Physical Self: How are you taking care of your diet? How are you ensuring you get adequate sleep? How are you taking care of your health?
Emotional self: How do you process your emotions? How do you respond to your triggers? How do you take time to recharge?
Mental self: How are you taking care of your thoughts? How are reacting to stress?
Spiritual self: How are you reconnecting to your own self and your higher self?
Intellectual self: What are you doing to learn, and acquire new skills and knowledge?
Social Self: How are you working with your relationships?
All these areas are required to be in balance for our overall wellbeing.
