AUGUSTA, Ga. – Planet Fitness has announced the return of its annual High School Summer Pass program, allowing teenagers to work out for free at any of its more than 2,900 locations across the U.S. and Canada.
Now in its sixth year, the initiative aims to help teens prioritize their physical and mental health during the summer months when school is out. Free club access will run from June 1 through Aug. 31.
Program perks
Teens participating in the summer program will receive free access to:
- Full club amenities: Complete use of cardio equipment, strength training machines, plate-loaded equipment and stretching spaces
- Expert guidance: Free fitness training sessions from certified in-club trainers
- Digital workouts: Full access to the free Planet Fitness app, featuring hundreds of on-demand digital workout videos
- Gear: Exclusive apparel discounts through Gymshark, valid through September 11, 2026.
How to join
The program is open to teens ages 14 through 19. Participants must work out at the specific location where they register. Teens under the age of 18 must sign up with a parent or guardian.
Local Planet Fitness locations will also host open house events to welcome teens and their families to the facility ahead of the summer rush.
